NWA Book Fest is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to nurturing the literary soul of Northwest Arkansas. Co-founded by local favorites Underbrush Books and The Cozy Librarian, who have a combined goal to expand the community of people in Arkansas who identify as readers through celebration and gentle reading practices.
I developed a visual identity that is as lively as a street market and as inclusive as a public library. By blending playful typography with a warm color palette, I created a brand that invites everyone from seasoned bibliophiles to casual readers to feel at home in the celebration. It leaves behind the dusty librarian stereotype and creates a vibrant identity to help bring together the community.
