Expanding Papaya's "pet-centric" philosophy from clinical space to the digital space. Within their existing brand guidelines, I designed an expansive suite of content: three months of curated feed posts and interactive story templates. My approach was to establish playful storytelling to make veterinary care feel less intimidating and more approachable. From an educational grid strategy to saved story highlights, this work establishes a trustworthy and friendly digital destination for pet parents.
